Another day and another week in the unfamiliar lifestyle and we all are having to adjust. We monitor our lobby very closely, earlier this week we had notice to many in the lobby and have adjusted to only two in the lobby at once. We thank our clients for following our new procedures and and waiting outside while others finish checking out or checking in, truly remarkable. However we have noticed that some older population is not staying home and that also made us think about other’s that are at risk for health related issue’s maybe even unknowingly.

We are now offering pick & delivery for small device’s. Pickup is in the morning and delivery in the afternoon to evening. Along with good news we do have some bad news, We are stopping TV repair due to the problems of de-contaminating such a large item and to help prevent uncontrolled contamination inside our shop.

What are type’s of device’s we will pickup? Any small device however service’s will be geared towards cellphone, tablet, laptop and desktop repair.

What are the cost for pickup & delivery? We put a lot of thought into this and came up with a fee of $6.97 along with any repair or diagnostic fee’s. Our pricing up to this point have not been impacted by Covid 19.

Can I still come to the store directly? You most certainly can, However sooner or later we do expect that to be impacted by State Government for good reason. When that happens we will continue Pickup & Delivery as long as the state allows it.

What counties do we offer pickup and delivery? We will offer in surrounding counties for cellphone, Tablet, PC, and desktop repair: Franklin, Anderson, Woodford, Shelby, Henry, Owen, and Scott counties.

Can I mail my device in if outside service area? Absolutely, you can click here and choose device and select mail in.

AVIE PROS & COVID-19 Information

Since COVID-19 has starting in China it has put heavy strains on getting repair parts and we do expect it to get worse before getting better. We went ahead and replenished our inventory for the main phones and tablets we repair with three months of inventory to keep device’s going and to help offset the possible price increase’s that may come later for parts once production ramps back up. However there are hardships with some popular models at this time.

During this COVID-19 outbreak, we understand that health and safety are our client’s greatest concerns. That is why we have made the choice to add additional measures to secure your devices.

Upon checking all devices in they will be wiped or sprayed with a special disinfectant as well as UV Light for disinfecting. Using this process we are able to kill 99% of germs on contact. Each small device will be quarantined from other devices.

During repair, we ensure that our anti static mats are clean, wiped down, and decontaminated after every single repair. After each repair is completed we are running additional sanitation measures. Wiping every device down with anti bacterial products, separating your small device from other devices, and often even using UV light to kill any additional
bacteria that may exist.

Our store has been deep cleaned, and our technicians as well as front office staff are practicing proper hand washing procedures as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control.
